kv 8 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any withdrawal can be made. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Running multiple bonuses at the same time is not permitted unless specifically approved.
• kv 8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus without reason if misuse is detected.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If kv 8 determines that a user is following a betting strategy intended to exploit the bonus system (for example, placing low-risk opposing bets to complete bonus wagering), the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless kv 8 itself takes action due to a system error. In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a sporting event, kv 8's decision will be considered final.

5.2 Technical Errors

If abnormal returns are paid out due to a software bug, network interruption, or server issue, kv 8 may void or correct the transaction. In such cases, the user's deposited principal will be protected.

5.3 Match Fixing and Fraud

Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event, assist with match fixing, or benefit from such activity will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of the associated balance. Information about such incidents may be shared with the relevant authorities.

6.1 VIP Tier Benefits

kv 8 has three VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can be promoted to a higher level based on regular play. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback on weekly net losses

Example: A Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 in cashback.

6.2 Changes to VIP Benefits

kv 8 reserves the right to change the benefits, terms, or tiers of the VIP programme at any time. Members will be informed through support if they are moved down from a VIP tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kv 8 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a concealed identity.
• Dishonestly exploiting the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or any automation tool.
• Harming or harassing other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment method.
